Assist Engineering department to ensure a seamless stay for our guests.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
* Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
* Respond to Guest Calls
* Completes Work Orders
* Repairs Electrical work
* Pool Equipment repair
* Plumbing repair
* Mechanical repairs
* Any and all Engineering or Maintenance related item needed
* Ability to trouble shoot circuitry

* Electrical work in all voltages 120/208/480/
* Mechanical
* HVAC
* Ability to read write and speak English
* Pulling wire and running conduit
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
* Constant standing and walking throughout shift
* Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs consistently
Visa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
* 2 years experience or Certification in the following areas
* Electrical work in all voltages 120/208/480/
* Mechanical
* HVAC
* Ability to read write and speak English
* Pulling wire and running conduit
