Job Description
Organize, supervise, and assist in set-up and breakdown of rooms for
both meetings and food functions. Check function rooms to ensure that
all set-ups are in accordance with the BEO. Inspect set-ups,
cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and
departmental standards. Document daily set-up requirements according
to departmental procedures and attach respective diagrams, preparing
diagrams as needed.
