The purpose of the Chehalis Tribal Internship Program is to develop the trainee's general skills as well as specialized knowledge within
all departments of the Great Wolf Lodge. This includes practical application, theory and hospitality fundamentals. The paid intern will learn skills in a three-month program through
observation, shadowing and one-on-one instruction. Through exposure to key departments and positions on a departmental rotation basis,
the trainee will gain significant first-hand
knowledge of the role of each department, of their interdependence upon each other, and the responsibilities of each position.

Each Chehalis Tribal Intern will perform duties and shadow responsibilities in the following departments:

Sales and Marketing
Human Resources
Finance
Engineering
Aquatics
Guest Services
Retail
Spa
Housekeeping
Food & Beverage

Upon completion of the internship program, the Chehalis Tribal Member will then have the opportunity to apply for any open positions within the Great Wolf Lodge organization. This partnership program with Great Wolf Lodge is a fantastic opportunity allowed only for Chehalis Tribal Members who are interested in an internship and possible future employment with the Great Wolf Lodge of Grand Mound, WA
