DUTIES:
Willingness to accept the most effective role.
Trains housekeeping pack members on: Cleaning guest rooms and guest areas, including:
making beds; dusting and vacuuming; cleaning bathroom; replacing supplies; cleaning
windows, mirrors, and patios.
Trains housekeeping pack members on: Utilizing chemicals according to directions and
familiarizing them with all material safety data sheets.
Practices and trains housekeeping pack members on: safety procedures, including bending,
lifting, and safe use of equipment.
Observes and evaluates housekeeping pack members, correcting any errant behavior or job
performance before allowing them to become an independently functioning Room
Attendant.
Provides morale support to new housekeeping pack members during their introductory
period with the company. (Note: When this position is in place, no Expedition Buddy will be assigned
to those new housekeeping pack members. This position supersedes that Tradition.)
Perform quality assurance audits, and report results to the Director of Housekeeping, with
recommendations on corrective action.
Stay in frequent conversation with the Corporate Director of Guest Services, through a
weekly call.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiar with housekeeping including sanitation, laundry operations, and guest service.
Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, development and teamwork.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lift up to 30 lbs., bending, stretching.
