Job Description

? Maintain all the Refrigeration equipment in the
building.

* Maintain all HVAC equipment in the building
(guestrooms, public areas, function rooms)

* Maintain all kitchen equipment in the building.

* Maintain all Laundry equipment in the building.

* Provide technical assistance to other engineers as
necessary.

* Work on other projects as needed.

* Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm
procedures and other emergencies.

Job Requirements

Able to ensure a safe, efficient, and well maintained
environment for our guests and associates. Individual
must posses a technical competence in HVAC, primarily in
kitchen refrigeration, electrical, plumbing. Must have
great people and excellent communication skills. Hotel
experience preferred. Trade or college course in related
field is helpful. Able to push, pull and lift up to 50 -
100 lbs.
