Job Description

Assist in creating the perception of a safe and secure environment by fostering relationships with our internal and external guests, which in turn creates loyalty to our property and our brand. To safeguard the companies interest and assets by acting as an ambassador and a conductor for the rules and regulations which govern our property. 

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge and Skills

Requires EMT-B license in the State of Iowa

Excellent verbal communication skills required

Some computer skills

Required Natural Behaviors

Must be able to stand for a minimum eight (8) hour shift

Locations on casino floor are noisy and smoky

Will also encounter intoxicated guests frequently

Provide representation of department in specific project and company meetings

Required Education and Work Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Must have previous experience in guest service related field.
