Job Description: Main Duties:

A National Account Manager represents the company and all product lines to assigned specific National Accounts. The primary objectives: to increase the company's revenue and profit, to maximize the company's exposure, develop and maintain excellent relationships with account management at all levels including technology, sales and marketing, strengthen account relationships and work with other sales staff to promote the same objectives within their assigned territories.

Responsibilities include:

Manage relationship to assist account in reaching annual sales goals for assigned accounts

Organize, manage trade show activities and events. Attend and represent the company at various trade shows, conferences and functions

Conduct ongoing training, product presentations with accounts

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with account management at all levels including sales and marketing

Create and execute strategic business plan for each assigned account, target and marketing plan

Provide weekly summaries and activity report to Director, including updates of industry and account trends and updates.

Conduct monthly sales reviews of accounts; conduct review of accounts and communicate to management with action plan

Provide quarterly updates on sales targets and/or projects assigned

Liaise and assist National Account Marketing Manager on various projects

Ongoing communication with assigned accounts, company updates, product updates and sales reporting

Assist with negotiations, contract and marketing for assigned accounts

Maintain contract sand adherence of each assigned account

Work with marketing commitments at the national level and prepare integration on local levels with sales department

Support needs of BDM's and sales with assigned accounts as required, with account visits or inside sales telemarketing activities as assigned

Establish and implement national incentive programs that may apply to regional and local level

Work with internal PR, Marketing and Product department for needs of assigned accounts

Establish and maintain existing and new exclusive programs for National Accounts

Organize fam and incentive trips for national accounts; escort trip as needed

Follow up on service related issue raised from National Account Headquarters

Reporting, tracking of marketing, expenses and budgets for assigned accounts, provide sales and service reports as required by account and internal reports required by management and accounting
Job Requirements: Extensive knowledge of word, excel, outlook and power point

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to Manage client relationships

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Extensive travel required

Bachelor's Degree

3 years sales experience
