Job Description

The Omni Severin Hotel currently has an opening in their
Stewarding department.

The Omni Severin Hotel offers an environment where you

Essential Functions:

* Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, china,
utensils, glassware, pots, pans and all other
cookware utensils in the main kitchen, 1st floor,
and 2nd floor as assigned

* Keep main kitchen, 1st floor, and 2nd floor dish
washing areas clean and neat

* Stores cleaned items in the proper location.

* Keep main kitchen, 1st floor, and 2nd floor areas
clean and free of trash and debris.

* Maintain service elevators, banquet carts, queens,
and speed racks clean and free of debris

* Completes other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

* Must be able to bend, lift/carry and push/pull up to
20 lbs frequently.

* Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of
work shift

* Must be able to meet standards of cleanliness

* Must have basic literacy

* Must be able to meet standards of appearance

* Must have a history of good job stability

Work Schedule & Availability Requirements:

* Work schedule varies based on business demands.

* Must be able to work flexible schedule (AM/PM).

* At a minimum, candidates must be available to work
Saturdays & Sundays.

* There is some flexibility to work around school/work
schedules Monday - Friday.
