Job Description

This associate will work breakfast, pantry and grill
station. This position will require knowledge of the
breakfast, lunch & dinner menu from every station. The
production cook will be responsible for:

Preparation of all cold and hot food items. * Consistency
and quality production of
salads/appetizer/entree/dessert and to prepare for
daily requisition for food are and daily rotation of
cold and hot foods.

* May work on the cold or hot line as well as prep,
filling in where needed.

* Prep and prepare dishes to order in a timely
fashion.

* Maintain sanitary work station.

* This is an AM shift position but might need to fill
in for PM shifts and pool kitchen.

Job Requirements

Must have formal culinary training at a culinary college
or similar
and have graduated or have a minimum of one year
experience working
in kitchens. Meet quality standard Control quality and
consistency of
all food served. Insure station is set for service 15
minutes prior
to service. Insure all food supplies necessary for
service are in
appropriate supply on a timely basis. Assist in
controlling food
cost. Required to learn all menu items produced by
assigned station.
Refrigeration and serving of cold food. Must be able to
lift more
heavy boxes Production of orders. Must be flexible on
scheduling.
Must be able to work under moderate pressure at times.
Must be
familiar with sanitation skills and standards.
