To assist in executing the overall functions of the Human Resources department.
Interprets policies for associates and managers as needed. Ensures consistent application of policies and practices.
Oversees the recruitment process for the property, including advertising for vacant positions, pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and extending employment offers.
Conduct new hire orientation and customer service training.
Acts as a resource for human resources record keeping and reporting functions.
Assists with administrative duties as required by the Regional Director of Human Resources.
Plans, organizes, and facilitates associate functions.
Participates in community programs for recruiting purposes.
Acts as a resource to solve associate issues.
Assists with the property's annual wage and benefit survey.
The Human Resources Manager manages and leads the HR function in the absence of the Regional Director of Human Resources.
Requires advanced knowledge of principles and practices within a professional field or recognized body of formal knowledge. May develop new policies and procedures.
This position requires a minimum formal education of a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years job-related experience.
