The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible fore
Housekeeping team management of a specific area of the
Resort. He/She will ensure that the guest unit
cleanliness standards are met through accurate
preparation of the opening room assignment reports,
ensuring that they are met in an efficient manner.
Develop relationships with guests; act as a concierge
and liaison for guests and resort. Will ensure that
daily housekeeping reports and maintenance requests are
handled accurately and efficiently. Daily inspections of
all accommodations to ensure quality standards are met
and training of all assigned employees are continuous.
Will work closely with various department supervisors in
scheduling carpet cleans and deep clean on an annual
basis.

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years
supervisory experience in the Housekeeping department.
Must be able to direct and motivate staff, multitask and
work with minimum supervision. Must be able to bend,
lift, stoop and transcend stairs in order to complete
tasks. Must be able to work in extreme weather
conditions and stand for the duration of the shift and
work flexible schedules.
