| Job Description: | Limited-service hotel near Six Flags Magic Mountain in a competitive business & leisure hotel market needs an assertive, competitive, experienced leader able to drive results.
Responsible to management company for the efficient, effective, and profitable operation of the hotel. Leads and directs the hotel supervisors and line staff to achieve established goals, objectives and quality standards. Ensures guest satisfaction through effective management, including employee training, motivation and supervision. Success depends on the ability to drive: Revenue per Available Room Index (RevPar Index), Profit and Loss Statement -revenue to gross operating profit flow through ("flow through"), guest service rating scores (GSS), brand quality assurance scores (Q/A), internal human resources and risk management compliance review (HR/RM), internal quality and compliance review (QC), accounting compliance (AC) and associate opinion survey (AOS). ---- Ocean Park Hotels - a privately-held hotel management and development firm - is a dynamic emerging "people first" organization that leads the hotel business through its innovation, product and service excellence, and civic awareness. Experience in supervision, cash handling, accounting procedures and general administrative tasks required. Former International Hotel Group/Holiday Inn Express experience helpful. |
