Job Description:
The objective of the 18-month management training programme is to provide practical, hands-on training for our colleagues who want to pursue a career in the hotel industry. By the end of the training, they will be ready to take up senior or managerial positions.
Program Content
-Job Rotation in 3 outlets
-Shadowing departmental middle management
Job Requirements:
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Self motivated
-Passionate
-Diploma / Degree holder
-Fluent in Cantonese, English (Both oral & written) and Mandarin (Desirable)
-Hotel graduates preferred
Remark: Recruitment period from March to June
