Job Description

The Omni Mount Washington Resort seeks a talented
Director of Food & Beverage to lead our culinary team as
we become Famous for Food & Beverage. Candidates must
possess comprehensive dining services management skills
and experience and demonstrate a deep understanding of
the requirements of the position. The ideal candidate
will also demonstrate excellent leadership skills to
develop, motivate and mentor a high performance team, a
passion for their work, integrity, a strong work ethic
and a commitment to excellence as we strive to become
Famous for Food & Beverage. This candidate will be
responsible for the efficient operation of multiple Food
& Beverage outlets, including small pastry shops, Ski
Area Food & Beverage outlets, as well as 4-Diamond rated
full service restaurants. The successful candidate must
have a working knowledge of several different outlets
and experience in 4-diamond food service. Strong
financial understanding of food & beverage as well as
experience in high volume establishments are required.
