We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Human Resources.
Director of Human Resources will be responsible for the leadership and management of all functions of the Human Resource Department. This position is responsible for benefits, compensation, associate relations, and all federal and state requirements. Knowledge of FMLA, OSHA and unemployment laws is required. The Director of Human Resources will report to the General Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years experience in all aspects of Human Resources. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and knowledge of teamwork is required. Previous hotel experience is a plus.
