GF Management, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a twenty-four year old hospitality ownership and management company that specializes in hotels, catering facilities, golf courses and other related hospitality assets.
Since the founding of GF Management in 1988, we have operated more than 300 hotels in 28 states, for a variety of individual owners, banks, real estate funds and other institutional lenders. Today we currently operate over 130 hospitality assets.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our development and acquisitions team as Senior Vice President or Vice President of Acquisitions (role is open based on experience of the individual selected).
In this role the SVP/VP of Acquisitions will be a progressive leader with key strengths in financial and operational analysis, asset management, acquisitions, and development. Our candidate will have extensive transactional experience in the hospitality real esate industry.
Identify hotel acquisition opportunities through brokers, GF's managed hotel portfolio, lenders, owners and other "off-market" sources. Develop and assess investment models with input from internal operations, financial and capital improvement resources. Present acquisition opportunities to internal investment committee, prospective equity investors and debt providers. Negotiate agreements of sale in conjunction with legal counsel. Coordinate due diligence and closing processes utilizing internal resources. Initiate and maintain relationships with debt sources and prospective equity partners. Maintain working knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, activities of debt and equity providers, and other hospitality real estate and investment trends. Develop and maintain productive relationships with franchisors. Represent GF Management at industry conferences. Other duties and project management tasks as assigned.
