Job Description
? Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the
Cafeteria.
* Prepares salad bar.
* Sets up service stations.
* Stacks dishes and glasses of racks for washing.
* Tracks covers served per meal.
* Posting menu on daily/weekly basis.
* Dishes up food during service.
Job Requirements
Mobility between cafeteria and kitchen; ability to lift
and move dishes, glasses, silverware, supplies; ability
to utilize broom, mop, bucket, cleaning rags, dish
dollies, glass racks, and carts; ability to wipe down
counters; ability to work alone and with others; ability
to remain at work station for entirety of shift;
mobility within work station.
Working Environment:Employee cafeteria and
kitchen--exposure to extremes of heat and cold, grease,
microwave appliances, high humidity, commercial kitchen
cleaning products, noise, food and spices. Interior
hotel, kitchen area; exposure to heat, steam, cleaning
agents
