We are currently looking for an Associate Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The Associate Food and Beverage Manager is a developmental role where individuals are in preparation for a future position as Food and Beverage Manager. This position provides a broad range of operational management and leadership support to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction while achieving company performance targets. Potential candidates must have at least five years of related management experience in a four or five star resort, hotel or cruise line.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of quality guest services and amenities within company standards
* Ensures cost control and revenue potential
* Provides functional leadership to all food and beverage team members
* Inspects the service and culinary aspects of all venues on a daily basis. Reviews and coordinates with F&B Management all special functions
* Monitors at all times United Stated Public Health (USPH) procedures for sanitation and cleanliness
* Inspects assigned work areas and partners with Technical department in addressing repair and maintenance needs
* Performs related duties as required

Hiring Requirements:
* Five or more years of progressive management experience in an upscale hotel or cruise ship in the areas of food and beverage, hotel management, culinary, or other related service areas
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred
* Intermediate computer software skills required
* Ability to participate in life-saving emergency drills and required training
* Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and distinctly
* All international applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1/D1 visa (and other relevant visas) when applicable
* Ability to accommodate a 4 months on / 2 months off contract schedule for this onboard position
