The Assistant Banquet Manager provides support in managing the daily operations of the Banquet area in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with brand and corporate standard operating procedures. Prior hotel banquet management experience required. Qualified applicants must be able to work hands-on, multi-task and manage multiple functions at a time.
