Job Description

Ideal candidates must have 2-4 years previous
supervisory culinary experience in a high volume, full
service AAA kitchen. Candidates must have proven
culinary skills in high volume banquets, hot and cold
lines and prep; must have excellent
oral/written/computer skills; must be able to lead,
develop and motivate staff. The Sous Chef candidate must
be creative and up to date on new concepts and trends.
Ideal candidate must be able to work flexible schedule
to include weekends and holidays. Culinary degree or
hotel management degree preferred.
