Job Description

Essential Functions:

¨ Responds to all guest requests appropriately

¨ Depending upon the volume, is responsible for
servicing an assigned number of guest rooms

¨ Keeps the supply cart neat and organized at all times

¨ Checks all equipment prior to and after its use to
ensure that it is in good working order

¨ Removes room service tables and trays from guest rooms

¨ Turns in any articles to a supervisor or return it to
the dispatchers office

- Services vacant or occupied guest rooms in accordance
with hotel Standards.

Job Requirements

¨ Be able to speak and understand basic English.
¨ Ability to accept constructive criticism.
¨ Required to work flexible hours, holidays and
weekends.
¨ Must meet standards of appearance.
¨ Report all safety hazards, follow all safety rules and
regulations.
¨ Adhere to all housekeeping procedures and house rules.
-Must live within a 50 mile radius of the hotel
