The Excelsior, Hong Kong invites applications for the position:
Job Description:
* Risk identification and assessment;
* Drafting of policy papers, BCP and other procedures;
* Conduction, testing and evaluation of fire, life, health, safety and security related crisis scenarios;
* Coordination of actions and mitigating measures of crisis and risk related to fire, life, health, safety, security, loss prevention, brand protection, integrity and honesty;
* Coordination of internal and external audits, inspection and assessment with corporate clients and other authorities;
* Acting as Deputy Chief Fire Warden, Deputy Chief Hotel Evacuation Officer; Deputy Crisis Coordinator and Deputy Key Master;
* Conducting risk and crisis related meetings, training, presentation and evaluation;
* Management of a team of contracted security services in the provision of access control, first aid, heart saving, fire watch, asset protection, security, occupational, health and safety related incident handling, event management, cash security, and other operational risk issues, etc;
* In the absence of the Director of Risk Management, assuming and taking over the role and responsibility of the Director of Risk Management;
* Performing any other duties as directed.
Requirements:
* Degree or diploma holder with at least two years relevant experience. Duty Manager experience gained in a sizeable luxury hotel would be preferred.
* Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
* Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
