Position: Stewarding Supervisor

Position Summary:

This position requires a great deal of attention to detail. Assignments must be done within the specified time constraints. This person must have the ability to communicate, initiative, teamwork, and be prompt. People skills, internal/external customer service, and communication skills are mandatory. Ability to communicate with people within the department is necessary. Multitasking, clear penmanship (so work may be interpreted correctly), regular attendance, getting along with others, detail orientation, working a full shift, and the ability to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment are required.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Supervise Banquet Steward, Dishwasher, Utility Steward, Pot Washer
* Train and develop subordinates; enforce position result and description
* Ensure punctuality, productivity and proper uniform standard.
* Maintain high standard of sanitation, through out all department areas
* Maintain and enforce organization of stewarding storeroom
* Ensure that all Banquet requisitions are being completed and delivered at its schedule time.
* Assist Banquet Steward in delivery of food and equipment to function/event and assure that communication between Subordinates and Banquet Captain is clear and understandable.
* Assure that all items that are remove or issue from storeroom are log in storeroom inventory sheet.
* Meet with Operation Chef and Banquet Chef on a daily basis to cover all functional needs.
* Perform all functional task required for daily operation and directives issue by Management.
* Reach daily achievement through your subordinates practicing rules and regulation.
