Job Description

Serve food and beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional
manner according to the standards of quality. Must be knowledgeable
of event menu items, appropriate table settings/service wares, and
the correct preparation and garnishing methods. Responsible for
setting up, maintaining and breaking down rooms. Ability to lift and
carry large, heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout shift and
have 3 years banquet serving in upscale hotel. Must provide TIPS
Certification prior to hire.
