The Reservations Team is responsible for creating a bespoke experience for all group and leisure guest calling in to arrange room, restaurant, spa and golf reservations.
Job Description
Take all reservations via the telephone, mailed correspondence, email correspondence, and in-house requests for all rooms, dining, spa, and golf reservations. Reservation butler will be responsible enthusiastically informing the guest about resort options and upselling guest reservation.
Requirements
Education High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience Previous administrative, sales and/or hotel or industry related experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,
