Job Description
Successful candidate will be able to:
* Work without supervision
* Know overnight menus
* Be responsible for the set-up of breakfast buffet
for Cast Iron Restaurant
* Know how to bake breakfast pastries for buffet, a la
carte, and room service
* Follow all cooking procedures and recipe standards
* Communicate well with kitchen staff and other Omni
Associates
* Maintain sanitary work station
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining and
banquets.
Culinary school graduate preferred.
Must be able to produce and assist with production of
hot and cold menu items for service in the restaurant,
room service, and banquets.
Current Food Handler Certification.
This is an overnight position, but requires flexibility
for scheduling
