Job Description
The Beverage Cart Attendant will serve our guests,
providing friendly and efficient service while
maintaining cleanliness and stocking levels to ensure
smooth running day-to-day operations.
* Take guests' order in a professional manner while
up-selling whenever appropriate.
* Stocking and ordering of food & inventory
* Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use.
* Operate Micros, handle cash, room charges and credit
card charges according to procedures.
* Maintain four-star service at all times.
* Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by
supervisor or manager.
* Assist in other departments as needed.
* Attend monthly department meetings.
ENVIRONMENT: Primarily outdoors, with exposure to heat
and sun. Job involves constant walking, bending, and
standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Job Requirements
1. Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's
license.
2. One year of restaurant or hotel experience.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Pleasant personality.
5. Flexible work schedule with the ability to work
weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
6. Knowledge of property and surrounding area.
7. Ability to operate a motorized beverage cart; solid
driving skills.
8. Availability for a start date of April 1.
9. Must provide TIPS Training certification.
Environment: Heavy Sun Exposure, outdoor environment
involving constant standing and walking.
