As the Hotel Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations and assignments of the hotel staff; assist the Regional Operations/ General Manager in the development and communication of departmental strategies and goals and ensure all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions. This role assists Regional Operations/General Manager in the development, implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotel while you develop, manage, and foster positive owner relationships if applicable and provide ongoing information and status reports.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent, plus four to six years of general management experience in a high level operations role or some prior general management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.
Other Information - You must be able to travel to attend workshops, conferences, etc. and may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
