1. Answer telephones in a friendly and professional
manner, using guest?s name a minimum of 3 times.

2. Record guest orders for food and beverage, honoring
all guests? requests.

3. Up sell whenever possible by making additional
suggestions to guest.

4. Handle all point-of-sale Micros transactions.

5. Possess in-depth knowledge of menus for all meal
periods, wine and beverages, inclusive of ingredients,
prices, gratuities and service charges.

6. Maintain a professional and courteous manor on the
phone with voice etiquette.

7. Advise guests of any order that may be delayed and
bring it to the attention of the manager on duty.

8. Answer guest inquiries, providing information on
Resort facilities and activities upon request.

9. Maintain knowledge of all bussing procedures

10. Follow-up on guest satisfaction i.e., phone calls or
informing manager on duty of any problems.

11. Keep informed of any menu changes, out of stock
items, and daily specials.

12. Assist in keeping work area clean and organized.

13. Be familiar with building floor plans and locations
of ice machines.

14. Perform other related duties as assigned or
requested by supervisors/managers.
Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs above shoulder. Able
to stand for a minimum of eight hours. Additionally,
must be able to walk, sit, stoop or bend for duration of
shift [at least (8) hours]. Minimum one year customer
service experience preferred. Good communication and
leadership skills. Basic food knowledge. Good command of
the English language
