Job Description

Omni Hotels is seeking an experienced Director of Human
Resources for the new Omni Nashville Hotel scheduled to
open Fall 2013. This 800 room hotel is conveniently
located in downtown Nashville, across from the Music
City Center. Seamlessly integrated with an expanded
Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The current
design includes over 80,000 square feet of meeting
space, several restaurants, lounges and a signature spa.


This position will direct all areas of Human Resource
administration including; recruiting, salary
administration, associate services, associate benefits,
management development/training and labor relations.
Provides advice and counsel on all laws affecting the
operations in regards to associates.

Job Requirements

-Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

-Five years or more in a four or five diamond property
hotel.

-Strong Leadership skills.

-Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication
skills

-Strong preference will be given to candidates with
previous hotel opening experience.
