Job Description

Provide GREAT GUEST SERVICE! Serve beverages to guests in a quick, efficient and courteous manner; perform side work to maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in assigned work areas. Responsibility includes familiarization of drinks and prices in order to insure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders. Suggest and up sell drinks. Observe and anticipate guest's needs in order to fill any additional requests or needs. 

Job Requirements

Minimum of 6 months in a high volume environment. Must possess outstanding people skills and have the ability to work in a smoke filled environment. Must be able to walk/stand 100% of your shift. Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service standards. Must adhere to company grooming standards including required uniform. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Liquor permit to serve alcohol. Must be 21 years of age or older to work on the casino floor. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming Commission Level 3 License.
