The Spa Treatment Manager will be responsible for the training and supervision of the spa service providers and therapists. S/he will be responsible for maintaining high levels of service and ensuring that all trainings of treatments, products and spa services result in complete compliance with our Corporate Spa Division directives.
The successful candidates will possess the following minimum requirements:
* Current licensed massaged therapist and/or esthetician in the District of Columbia;massage therapy certification and licensure is strongly preferred.
* Previous demonstrated training expertise with emphasis on massage therapy and body treatments strongly preferred.
* 2+ years spa management experience; luxury spa setting preferred.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
