PRIMARY FUNCTION:


The Manager is primarily responsible for preparation of financial statements and related accounting and reporting activities on a monthly basis. The Manager will also be responsible for routine duties associated with maintaining, reconciling and reporting of financial statements, presentation and disclosure items and assigned accounts.


II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Prepare periodic financial statement schedules and related reconciliations.


2. Perform technical research of accounting areas as necessary and assist the VP of External Reporting in various financial statements related projects.


3. Research and document new accounting standards to be implemented, as necessary.


4. Assist in the reporting of SOX related matters and participate in the control assessment and testing process.


5. Overall responsibility for Jin Jiang Reporting Package and US GAAP financials and other financial reporting to the owners.


6. Periodic analytical review and analysis of financial statements.


7. Complex accounting valuation and transaction analysis and other accounting/financial reporting projects, as necessary.


8. Review of US GAAP financial packages and statutory financial statements of international subsidiaries and affiliates.


9. Limited routine maintenance of Lawson general ledger software package, including the addition of new companies and accounts, monthly closing activities, etc for assigned financial account areas.


Skill set required:


Required:


A. Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience


B. Education and Training: Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting


C. License Certification and Registration: CPA license or CPA candidate


D. Other Requirements: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

F. Experience with applying IFRS
