Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager ensures proper training
and supervision of all personnel, to deliver prompt,
courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni
Food and Beverage standards and company policies and
procedures.

Some of the responsibilities are:

¨ Assist in overall supervision of the department as
outlined in manager's job description.

¨ Observe, teach, and correct staff's service.

¨ Monitor each guest experience.

¨ Examine food preparation.

¨ Examine beverage presentation.

¨ Handle any guest complaint.

¨ Assist manager in:

- Scheduling

- Forecast weekly

- Forecast monthly

- Completing weekly payroll

Job Requirements

* Must have 3-5 years experience in fine dining, room
service and bar service.

* Good communication skills and a ?Hands On? approach.

* Willing to sacrifice for the team and go above and
beyond. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

* Be able to multi-task, handle due dates and motivate
the staff towards 4-diamond service.

* Able to take initiative and be creative in growing
revenue with service and ideas.

* Reliable, dependable and willing to grow with the
company.

* Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor
liability laws.

* Must be TiPS certified.
