Job Description

? Responsible for all personnel under his/her supervisor
* Responsible for the proper cleaning, rack and
distribution of all china, silver and glassware. ?
Maintains required standards of sanitation and
cleanliness. ? Make shift report as required by the
Executive Steward. ? Reviews and reinforces operating
procedures with his/her shift. ? Minimize breakage of
circulating equipment. ? Interior of hotel, in all Food
and Beverage areas, with exposure to humidity and
extreme temperatures. ? Exposure to Food and Beverage
hazardous cleaning chemicals. ? Exposure to food items
and beverages.

Other duties include, but are not limited to: To
supervise the day-to-day operation of the department for
a given shift. Control and distribution of operating
equipment, maintenance of cleaning and sanitation
standards, supervision of all utility, pot washer,
dishwasher, and worker assignment tasks.

Job Requirements

? Must have two years of stewarding experience. ? Must
be able
to maintain and control associates movement though out
the building.
* Must be able to complete all assignments and task in a
timely
manner. ? Must be able to track attendance. ? Must have
computer
skills. ? Must be over 5? 3? tall. ? Must be able to
attend
all safety meeting and teach safety to associates. ?
Must be able
to follow all guidelines for Eco-Sure, Fort Worth Health
Department
and OSHA. ? Ability to work any day of the week and
holidays ?
Ability to lift 50 lbs ? Ability to work full shift and
overtime as needed ? Ability to work effectively with
other
departments ? Ability to pull fully loaded Queen Mary?s
and Speed
racks ? Ability to lift 50 lbs ? Able to stand on feet
for
long periods of time up to 8 hours
