We are looking for an aggressive and energetic Trainer / Recruitment Manager. If you have a passion for being creative, this is the place. The Trainer essential functions include but are not limited to:


* Work with all levels of management at the property to determine core competencies required for key positions and identify specific resources to ensure acquisition and maintenance of those competencies
* Revise and or re-develop existing training as needed to ensure they are continuously fresh and effective and aligned with company training strategy.
* Identify and implement standardized timelines, orientation, on-the-job and other learning and developmental activities required for acquisition of core competencies and maintenance of required knowledge and skills.
* Design and maintain a library of resources that address frequently needed and/or required competencies of all positions at the property
* Deliver training as required to meet the needs of the property.
* Design and develop development programs based on both the property's and the individual's needs.
* Work as part of a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in hospitality.
* Assist line managers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
* Train managers and supervisors in techniques and skills for service, and dealing with guest and associate relations.

Recruitment Essential functions include but are not limited to:

* Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
* Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
* Manage interviewing and hiring process to ensure high quality hires and compliance with policies and procedures.
* Manage the entire life cycle recruiting from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
* Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers to include preparation of behavioral-based interviewing guides.
* Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
* Assist managers in the development of job descriptions and recruiting requisitions on an as-needed basis.
* Partner with hiring managers to determine, recommend and clarify hiring objectives based on the Dolce hiring process.
*Partner with Universities, culinary schools, and professional associations to establish pipeline of talent.
* Monitors local/national labor/employment legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
* Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
* Ensures that Hiring Managers are trained on appicable recruitment trends and employment laws
* Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
* Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
* Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
* This position requires three years of prior experience in Human Resources, with specific experince training and high volume recruiting.
* The ideal candidate will be have a solid background and knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessments, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
* Experienced with recruiting technology (ATS System) is highly preferred.
* The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter.
* Must be able to work independently and use sound business judgment.
* Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft applications to include Excel and PowerPoint.
* Social media savvy; ability to leverage social media to connect with top talent
*A four-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience is required.
* Knowledge of adult learning processes, instructional design techniques, evaluation methodologies, training delivery and needs assessment abilities
* Strong planning and project management skills and ability to apply these skills in effective working partnerships across organizational lines
* Experience in coaching and providing training for business partners and line managers
* Excellent oral/written communication skills, including group facilitation and presentation skills
* Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.

* Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 5 hours per day. Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day. This includes traveling to and from meetings and may include air travel. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.

* Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally.
* Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Some portions of daily assignments involve ergonomic risk, such as repetitive tasks, hands exertion, vibration, cold temperatures, poor body mechanics, restrictive work stations or awkward postures.
* Some portions of the assignments may require travel to other hotels, career fairs, universities, and client events via car, plane, rail, subway or other mode.
* Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and subordinates.
* Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
* Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, 10-key adding machine, multi-line touch tone phone, filing cabinets, FAX machines, photocopiers, dolly and other office equipment as needed.

*3-5 years of combined experience.
* Bilingual Spanish a major plus
* Luxury or Full Service a major plus.
