Job Description

The new Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel is a
1,001-room hotel which works in concert with the Dallas
Convention Center. The hotel includes 1100,000 square
feet of meeting space, several restaurants, lounges and
a signature spa.

Responsible for washing and cleaning all cookware (pots
and pans), dishes, utensils and glassware in accordance
to Omni standards. Also cleans and organizes all kitchen
areas.

Job Requirements

Must be able to work in humid and wet environment and
work safely with cleaning chemicals.

Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 100 lbs

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time,
approximately 8 hours
