p>The Bistro Supervisor assists in overseeingthe entire Bistro department of the hotel including restaurant food service and production and bar service. The Bistro Supervisor establishes a positive work environment and an attitude of exceptional guest service and superior food product quality and enforces policies and procedures established by North Central Management, Inc., the hotel brand, and applicable state and local health codes. Acts as Manager-on-Duty in absence of General Manager. /p>

p>The ideal Bistro Server will present the following: * Six months food + beverage/restaurant/server experience * 1 + year supervisory experience* Must have or be willing to obtain a Bartender-Server License * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ensure the highest standards of service in attaining guest satisfaction and profitability * Demonstrate a team player attitude to ensure a smooth hotel operation * Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly We are looking for a team of A Players.
