Job Description

Steward: responsibilities include large pot and pan
washing, use of conveyor style plate and small ware
washing machine, organization of par stock glassware and
silverware, daily maintenance of trash and waste in the
kitchen area, daily maintenance of floors throughout
back of house. Must have ability to handle heavy
lifting, work in team environment. Must be able to work
a flexible schedule, multi task and have great attitude
for hard work.
