Job Description
-Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time
-Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations and Internal controls
-Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately
-Train and mentor all team members to ensure Beyond the Best standards
-Complete Player play evaluation sheet at a win or loss of $2,500.00
-Communicate all information regarding section to incoming Floor Supervisor
-Ensure the integrity of games in assigned section
Compensation: Salaried
Job Requirements
-Ability to work any shift or hours
-Experience as a Table Games Dealer
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent team member and customer relations skills
-Supervisory experience
-No felony convictions
