| Job Description: | Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company (www.cwhotels.com) is seeking an experienced DIRECTOR OF SALES for The Grand Lodge at Brian Head in Utah (www.GrandLodgeBrianHead.com). This new 100-room upscale hotel opens in December 2009 and features indoor pool/spa, The Lift Bar & Patio, and Leany's Steakhouse.

| Job Requirements: | YOU are an ideal candidate if you have a minimum of 3 years hotel (preferably resort) sales experience in a director or senior sales manager position and are a self-motivated, detail oriented and organized, hands-on sales professional. In addition to possessing excellent customer service skills, you should be able to demonstrate your knowledge of yield management and revenue maximization, and have the ability to invent creative marketing strategies. An outstanding networking personality and effective communication skills are essential and set you apart from other contenders. Enthusiasm for aggressive sales calls is a must. Excellent computer, Internet and e-commerce skills (including website development and maintenance) define you as a "cutting edge" marketer. An understanding of the hotel market in Brian Head and Utah ski destinations is a welcome asset. Established relationships with loyal clients are an advantage that will position you well for this key assignment. Year-round resort experience (snow sports, biking/hiking/ATV trails, national parks sightseeing, etc.) makes you a perfect fit!
