Job Description
*Willingness to accept the most effective role.
*Responsible in assisting with the operations of the Scooops store in regards to all facets including: day to day operations, staffing, financial performance, inventory and ordering, reporting, merchandising, marketing and customer service.
*Responsible for ensuring Scooops service protocols and operational standards are followed, assist in all Service Provider Training and new hire development
*Provides leadership and direction for the staff members. Responsible for assisting with the training, daily operational procedures, scheduling and staff communication.
*Responsible for the Scooops store operations in absence of the Manager.
*Provide daily service and sales figures to Finance as needed.
*Assist with staff attendance.
*Assist in all merchandising functions including store display and design, inventory, tracking/analyzing, merchandise purchasing, par levels and pricing
Assist with all state mandated spa licensing requirements and individual service provider licensing requirements.
*Ensure all safety standards are practiced
*Participate in and implement required trainings of product usage, sanitation guidelines, MSDS sheets and service protocols
*Responsible for carrying themselves in a manner representing the fashion & beauty industry in regards to personal apparel, hair styles and nails.
*Assures retail areas achieve the highest standards in areas of cleanliness, presentation and service.
*Develops, implements, and monitors programs assuring a safe facility and work environment that is in compliance with all appropriate regulations—Ergonomics, Emergency Responses, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communications Programs

•Must hold State of Wisconsin Manager Barber & Cosmetology license (preferred) must have a Barber & Cosmetology license or Manicurist License to perform services.
•2-3 years of successfully supervising and leading people to achieve goals, resolve conflict, coach and develop others. Excellent skills at promoting teamwork and performance.
