Job Description
The Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is looking for a
full-time night auditor. Responsibilities include:
To perform all check-in and check-out procedures and
policies.
Assist in all night audit paper work.
Assist Accounting Department with reporting
requirements.
Be familiar with the Phone and Alarm System in the PBX
department.
To be thoroughly knowledgeable of all Front Office and
PBX scenarios.
Understand all systems and equipments as related to the
Front Desk.
Be familiar with all hotel rate plans and rate codes,
amenities and all hotel facilities such as F&B outlets,
Business Center, Gift Shop, Fitness Center, Spa,
Recreation, etc.
To be familiar with the inter-relationship between the
different departments (PBX, Guest Service, Housekeeping,
F&B outlets, Gift shop, and Purchasing) Understand and
perform cash handling processes.
Complete the overnight checklist.
Print out folios for guest departing the next morning.
Keep in close contact with LP during the night in case
there are any guest issues.
Computer and printer, telephone, pen/pencil,
photo-copying machine, facsimile machine, radio, Nextel
Job Requirements
The Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is looking for
someone who has a flexible schedule and who is able to
work overnight shifts, primarily 11PM-7AM.
Must have previous customer service experience in order
to work directly with guests.
Must be computer literate, with elementary expeirence
with Microsoft Excel.
Previous hotel experience preferred.
