Job Description

Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff and culinary production team. Greets and welcomes each guest seated in assigned station. Provides personalized service and uses guests names. Takes and delivers beverage orders in timely manner. Resolves service issues. Thanks customers and invites them back. Assists bus person as necessary in busing, cleaning and setting tables. Maintains cleanliness of designated areas. Operates and maintains equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures. Completes assigned side work as directed. Knows and promotes current casino events and programs and can give direction to all casino areas.

Compensation: $4.50 /Hour + Tips 

Job Requirements

Previous food server experience in a high volume restaurant preferred. Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
