Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator provides clerical and
administrative support to the Human Resources Director
and the office.
*Maintains orderliness of office supplies and equipment.
*Files and maintains files.
*Answers phones and phone inquiries.
*Types memos and other correspondence.
*Collects, sorts and distributes office mail.
*Ensures work area is clean and clear of standing water,
debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties
from being performed safely, efficiently and
effectively.
*Assist with employee recognition programs such as
employee of the month, employee luncheons and employee
parties.
*Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess a high
proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher and MS
Power Point
High School diploma or equivalent plus two (2) to four
(4) years related HR experience.
Must have knowledge of the principles and practices of
Human Resources administration, including, but not
limited to, federal and state employment laws.
Must be able to multitask with ease; work in a busy
office, and be able to work independently with accuracy.
Must have a strong working knowledge of word processing
and spreadsheet programs, and email system.
Must be able to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with others; obtain and maintain the
confidence and cooperation of others.
Essential:
1. Compute accurate mathematical calculations.
2. Good understanding of the English language.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong computer skills.
5. Ability to:

and accuracy.

Desirable:
1. College degree.
2. Previous experience in hospitality industry
