Landry’s, Inc. is searching for HIGH END/FINE DINING, experienced General Managers and Assistant General Managers in the Detroit market. POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for and dedicated to ensuring customer service commitments, standards/expectations, and financial goals.
- Maintains restaurant at the level necessary to meet and/or exceed the company standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
- Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding budgeted labor costs.
- Ensure all employees are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job description.
- Must have a positive and committed “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must show proven tenure in the industry with at least 2+ years of successfully managing at the General Manger level in medium to high volume HIGH-END/FINE DINING establishment.
- Must possess strong leadership skills, be detailed oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
- Working knowledge of P&L's with a strong grasp of cost controls.
- The qualified candidate must be able to develop and build teams..
- Stable tenure with previous employers a must.
