Gandy Dancer - Front Manager

The Gandy Dancer restaurant located in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager!!

The Dining Room Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, positive and committed "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Hands on and lead by example management style. Responsible for scheduling and meeting or beating budgeted labor and other cost centers.

Must have 2+ years of successfully managing in medium to high volume full service free standing restaurants. Must have upbeat and energetic guest focused personality. Must be versed in writing schedules and meeting or beating budgeted labor cost through effective management. Must possess skills to motivate and develop staff and have a stable employment history.
