Columbia Sussex Corporation, the largest owner/Operator of Full Service Marriott Hotels in the United States, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for the Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
This spectacular 513 room oceanfront resort has 55,000 sq. ft of meeting space and 6 Food and Beverage Outlets.
This position is responsible for overlooking all Culinary Operations under the direction of the Executive Chef. The Executive Sous Chef is expected to ensure culinary excellence through training, development, and motivation of the culinary team. This position is directly responsible for maintaining cleanliness and monitoring food and labor costs.
Candidate must have at least 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume Hotel/Resort setting.
