The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida is looking for a French Cuisine Chef to lead our Zagat-rated, 4 Star, 4 Diamond 100-seat signature restaurant, Palme D’Or.

This individual should have an extensive background in a high end award winning French Restaurant with a strong focus on quality of foods, presentation and skill set. They should be able to lead, motivate and teach a young culinary team while establishing a strong positive culture with in the kitchen and be knowledgeable of kitchen sanitation standards. This individual must have good communication skills and be a positive team player that is knowledgeable of food and labor costs.

 

Ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in French haute cuisine at exceptional restaurants or hotels.  At least 5 years of experience as chef de cuisine, a minimum of one year's experience supervising French cuisine in a fine dining restaurant.
