The Lighthouse Buffet located on the Kemah Boardwalk is seeking a seasoned leader to join their team as General Manager.
The General Manager is responsible for excellence in all operations of this dynamic, high volume property. Responsible for the effective coordination of restaurant, retail, facilities, and habitat operations. Ensures guest satisfaction through effective training and development of hourly and management staff, maintains a positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Must have a hands-on/lead by example management style. Responsible for driving sales and meeting established goals.
In addition to owning and operating hotels, casinos and entertainment complexes, Landry's, Inc is one of the largest full-service restaurant operators in the United States with over 480 locations in 40 states and 15 countries. Must show employment stability and proven track record of success in the industry with at least 3+ years General Management experience in a full service, high-volume (5 million +) dining establishment. Additional experience in Regional or multi-unit management is preferred. Experience in entertainment or themed operations is a plus.
